VoIP-PRO Software Offers New Billing Options for Service Providers
TRAVERSE CITY, Michigan – June 7, 2007 – ISPhone, Inc. today announced the advanced billing capabilities of its VoIP-PRO 3 authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) software for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service providers.
VoIP-PRO 3 enables service providers to create a virtually unlimited number of resellers and sub-resellers, and provide each with its own rate plans. “Our customers told us they wanted a solution that would enable them to manage resellers,” said Victor von Schlegell, ISPhone’s president, “VoIP-PRO 3 does this easily.”
“Another requirement was flexibility in setting rate plans,” continued von Schlegell. “VoIP-PRO 3 offers a wide range of options to let service providers change rates by time of day and even during a call.”
Partitions and rate plans are managed through VoIP-PRO’s online user interface, which allows service providers to create and manage both prepaid and postpaid calling accounts. The interface also provides the ability to view and download call detail records and other critical account information.
