ISPhone's Management Team
Victor von Schlegell, President: Victor's background includes serving as a principal of an international management consulting firm; president of an industrial products manufacturer; co-founder and president of a regional Internet service provider, and president and founder of ISPhone. Victor holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Stanford University.
William Bollinger, Technology: Bill has held technical, service management and operations positions at several next generation telecom companies. His experience includes supporting global, mission-critical voice and data networks. Bill holds several Cisco networking and telephony certifications and was educated at Purdue University.
Richard Core, Network Operations: Rich's experience is in network design and management and software development, as a staff member and as a private consultant. Rich's expertise spans PSTN and IP networks, and Cisco, Clarent, and other routers and gateways. Rich holds an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and a computer sciences degree from Santa Clara (California) University.
Michael Klusowski, Project Management: Mike's experience includes several years in information sciences. Mike specializes in billing and other key systems, Quintum and Cisco gateways, and Cisco's AVVID platform. Mike's degree is in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.
Kathryn Rohder, Controller: With a 30 year career in a variety of industries, Kathy brings invaluable financial and administrative experience to ISPhone. Kathy holds a degree in accounting from the Central University of Iowa.
